Do you offer an overnight parcel delivery system?
Yes, all of our Mainland UK to Mainland UK Deliveries are on a next-working day basis. Though this is not 100% guaranteed it has an approx 95% success rate.
Can I have my parcel collected from my home or office?
As long as our drivers can safely pick up the item, without risk of injury, we can pick up and deliver it for you.
Do you offer a large parcel delivery service?
We are quite generous with regards to the size of packages that can be sent via our service - please use our quotation function to confirm if we can transport your package.
Do you have any packaging tips for using a courier service or parcel delivery company?

Do you offer a door to door delivery service with pick-up included?
All our services include free pick-up. You can also drop off our parcels to a nearby depot if you donot want to wait in for collection. Let us know prior to booking if you want to opt for this service so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Our deliveries are door to door however this is normally only to the ground floor of your address. Also, for goods being exported out of the UK, some deliveries might have to be collected from the nearest city by the recipient if the address is classed is a Remote Area. Is there a weight limit to send packages through a courier service?
Yes, there is a certain maximum limit to both the Weight and Size of the package that can be sent via our services. Please use our Quotation Function to confirm whether or not your parcel complies with the maximum parameters.
What type of next day delivery services do you offer?
Our standard service is delivery by close of business. If you require your package to be delivered sooner, you can opt for Timed-Delivery Services such as a Pre-10:00am and Pre 12:00pm delivery. We also offer a premium Saturday delivery service for parcels that are collected on Friday.
Why Are You So Cheap?
Our long established relationships with Market Leaders such as City Link, UPS and the like allow us to offer some of the cheapest rates available online. We are especially cheap for Multiple Parcels being sent to a single UK address. Have a play around with our Quotation System and see for yourself. ☺
Are there any restrictions on what we can deliver?
Yes - certain items are classed as Restricted Items which means that though we can transport them, they are carried on a no-compensation basis (incase of loss and damage). Certain other items are classed as Prohibited Items which means we are not allowed to transport them under any circumstance and if such items are sent they might be returned back to the Sender or Destroyed completely. There would also be fines levied by Courier Queen if Prohibited Items are sent via our Service.
Do you offer cheap parcel delivery to Europe?
Yes we do. We offer both an Air Express and Road Delivery service, depending on your budget and urgency of delivery. All services are provided via world class couriers such as UPS and DHL.
Can I use Courier Queen as an eBay auction collection and delivery system?
Yes you can. Our main customer base are eBay buyers and sellers. We are going to be introducing a direct upload facility soon whereby you can upload all your sales on eBay directly onto our website for automatic booking.
How do I send a parcel with a courier for as cheap as possible?
Please enter the Weight and Dimensions of your parcel onto our Quotation System. The website would provide you with the prices of sending your parcel in ascending order so you can clearly choose the best service which meets your budget.
How do I calculate the volume size of my parcel?
Please key your dimensions into our Quotation System found on our home page. You will be provided with a quote based on the greater of the Volume or Weight of your parcel.
Can we deliver and pick up parcels internationally?
Yes, we can! Courier Queen can now pick up and deliver parcels from most international destinations. Just raise a Support Ticket on our Website with details of pickup and delivery destinations along with weight and dimensions of your package - someone would get back to you within 1 working day with a quote.
How can I monitor the status of my package through its journey?
Simply enter your CQ Order Reference at the Track & Trace section of the Website for the latest tracking updates. Please note Tracking of your parcel normally starts a day after it has been collected.
I am trying to track my parcel online however the system has not updated my information. Why?
Please raise a Support Ticket via the Contact Us page we will respond quickly and promptly to resolve the issue at hand.
How can I maximize the chances of a smooth delivery?
Please clearly mention the delivery address on each package that you send. If you have been asked to print certain Documents to hand over to the Driver please ensure you do so. Please inform the recipient of the expected Delivery Date.
Will a package be delivered if nobody is there to accept it?
Though a signature is required for any deliveries to be made, the package might be left with a neighbour or at a safe place outside at the driver's discretion. You can also add notes to the Instructions field as to where you would like your package delivered if no one is at home. All Returns Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) will have to be authorized by Courier Queen. Please raise the request on a Ticket via our Contact Us Page.
Where and how do I make a claim(s) for either loss or damage?
All claims MUST be sent to Courier Queen by raising a Ticket via the Contact Us Page . If a claim has been received by our carrier from yourselves, the claim will be rejected and we will not be able to assist you with your claim at a future date.
What details do we require to submit a claim?
We require a Cost Invoice for the items sent that detail their value along with proof of loss/damage. Please contact us for more details or read through our Terms and Conditions.
What is the time scale to submit any claims for loss/damage?
Claims must be submitted to Courier Queen within 24 hours from the date of delivery. A consignment that has sustained internal damage with no external signs of damage is due to poor internal packaging. No claims of this nature are accepted. However if the consignments external package is damaged then the receiver will have to sign for the consignment as damaged.
When will the driver arrive to collect my shipment(s)?
The driver will arrive to collect your shipments(s) between 9:00am and 5:30pm on the working-day you selected for collection. On rare occasions, the collection can occur before 9:00am and upto 6:00pm as well. Some of our Courier Services allow you to request a smaller pickup window at the time of booking. We also offer certain Courier Services whereby we are normally able to provide a 1-hour pickup window on the morning of collection. Please contact us for more details.
